We're exclusively partnered with a Global Real Estate Investor and Developer in London, who are looking to hire an interim Financial Controller to work on multiple Real Estate development projects.

This is a maternity cover of c12-15 months, requiring an experienced Real Estate Accountant who has experience dealing with Real Estate development projects, owning and tweaking the cashflow models and oversight of outsourced accounting.

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership and maintenance of excel project cashflow models, looking at IRR

• Running the commercial model for 3 projects

• Providing financials on projects to fund finance teams

• Liquidity management of projects

• Tax oversight of projects

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant (or equivalent)

• Strong Excel working knowledge, specifically for cashflow models

• Real Estate industry experience
