Cobalt has the pleasure of working exclusively with one of London's top property management firms that specialises in large scale residential blocks throughout the UK.

Our client is looking to hire an intermediate level Building Surveyor to be part of the London team in the management of occupied and vacant properties across the estate.

You will be responsible for PPM strategy and management, project management of internal and external repair, upgrades and new build projects valued from £50,000 to £500,000 as well as analysis of proposed alterations by leaseholders, and issuing licenses, Preparing CAPEX / Planned Maintenance Plans, Provide advice to the property management team and the other in-house departments on building technology and legislation.

You will be part of a close-knit team working to deliver the property strategy of an impressive UK Property Manager. You will need to be driven and have the ability to multi-task to help the business achieve their goals.

Building Surveying Requirements:

• Degree qualified.

• APC pathway ideal (Chartership support available)

• Experience working for property management or leading consultancy within a residential remit
