The Company
The firm are an extremely well established Real Estate investor with various offices across Europe, North America and Asia. They invest across multiple asset classes and are capable of structuring some of the highest ticket sizes you'll see in the market. The Role
Is London based but the team have a pan-European investment focus. This individual will be able to assist with the deal execution process and support the senior loan originators in bringing new transactions to the table.
- Implement and develop underwriting criteria for all investments
- Review and manage valuation process.
- Support senior team members with deal origination efforts
- Research specific markets and industries, prepare white papers and present results.
- Monitors market trends
The Candidate
- Experience in Real Estate as a sector, this can be through extensive internships or in a current full-time permanent role.
- Ideally 6 months-2 years working experience.
- Knowledge of how to structure deals and how to professionally communicate with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Client focused, ethical and accountable
- Cash flow modelling experience in some capacity.
