Investment & Development Manager

A prestigious industrial and logistics investor and developer is currently seeking an Investment and Development Manager to join their City Investment team based in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working in a Investment/Development position either agency or client-side, seeking a role within the I&L market with plenty of future career progression.

You will be responsible for working closely with the Director to source and acquire new investment and development sites/land across inner-London. As well as sourcing and generating new pre-let business.

Key Investment/Development Management requirements:

• Degree qualified and Member of RICS.

• Experience working within an Investment/Development Agency or Client-side role.

• Experience or strong interest in the Industrial and Logistics market.

• Highly numerate with excellent knowledge of Argus and Excel.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Office is based in Central London.

Salary is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus car allowance, benefits and bonus.
