A leading, pan-European real estate investment manager is currently seeking an Associate to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will provide detailed financial analysis for investments and portfolio management strategies of their European, multi-sector portfolio.
In this role, you will:
Create, maintain and manage financial models for new investment opportunities.
Prepare investment committee memoranda.
Support in the creation of investment business plans and support the asset managers with key decision making, spanning across value-add, core/core plus and debt investment strategies. Review reporting to lenders with respect to new and existing investments.
Key requirements include:
Degree qualified.
Experience working in the Real Estate Investment as an Analyst
Advanced financial modelling experience.
Excellent presentation skills.
