A boutique investment firm is seeking an Investment Surveyor/ Analyst to join their Investment and Capital Markets team based in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun and professional team that work on some of the most high profile transactions across London. They are also offering APC support if needed.
Key Investment Surveyor/ Analyst Responsibilities include:
Provide support to senior team members, assisting on transactions from start to completion.
Analyse and present real estate financial data to support transactions.
Formulate and deliver presentations.
Develop strong relationships with clients and agents/advisors in the market.
Key Investment Surveyor/ Analyst Requirements:
Degree or Masters educated - RICS registered.
Ability to complete APC or already MRICS.
Strong analytic and financial modelling skills in excel and debt financing.
Ability to work as a team but also have good self-motivation.
Understand the wider macro-economic trends in the market.
Salary will range depending on level of experience, from £25,000 - £45,000 plus a competitive bonus/commission structure.
Office is based in Central London.
