Junior Commercial Property Manager

Cobalt are currently supporting a client-side boutique development company based in London, to appoint a Junior Surveyor within their Commercial Property Management team.

Your daily responsibilities include reporting into the Senior Surveyor and assisting with service charge management, meeting clients, you will also be overseeing and working on reactive maintenance matters including contracted and cyclical maintenance.

This role will allow you to develop your Landlord and Tenant knowledge and allow you to gain experience across multiple asset classes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in property, office management, or a similar role within a corporate environment is preferred.

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.

• Technical Proficiency: Competence in using office management software and tools.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Professionalism: A high level of professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
