My client is actively purchasing strategic sites across the UK, with a focus on the North West of England. They have created an impressive track record of achieving planning consents for sites which they have either promoted or developed directly or in partnership. The success of their ventures thus far now needs the support of a proven Land Buyer who can demonstrate a track record in land acquisition regionally.

Key Requirements

• Degree qualified with a background in residential land
• Currently working in a similar environment or in agency
• A thorough understanding of the planning system and appeals process.
• A good network of contacts regionally with a desire to grow this contact base
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a small team
