Learning & Development Coordinator

Learning and Development Coordinator, Full Time, Permanent, £40,000 Per Annum, Flexible Location

My client is a global real estate services business looking for a Learning and Development Consultant to join their training team within property management. This role will function in the delivery of day to day training to all employees which will cover a range of disciplines. The role is also flexible in location as it will primarily involve home working with some travel across the UK where required.

Main duties include:

  • Successful delivering training/upskilling programmes to staff in person across the UK
  • Creating training documents including presentations, videos, and comprehensive hand outs
  • Bringing existing training materials up to date to meet all new principles as set by the Training Manager
  • Striving to create continuous improvement in all course content

The idea candidate will have:

  • Previous extensive background in a trainer role
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly skilled in using new technology for the competent delivery of training session and material
  • Solid understanding of the property industry and/or training in IT systems
