Leasing and Operations Executive

Location: South London

£38,000 to £42,000 depending on experience

I am working closely with a real estate investment and management company who provide high quality rental homes in London

The company are looking to hire a Leasing and Operations Associate to join the team to run and deliver the sales process from prospecting to deal closure. Must have great customer experience skills and be able to complete administrative tasks to a high standard

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Process Management: Drive and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.

  • Prospect Engagement: Conduct property viewings, document interactions, and follow up with potential tenants.

  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports.

  • Service Standards: Respond promptly within agreed service timelines, ensuring prospects and members have their expectations managed within set deadlines.

  • Member Information Management: Ensure high-quality information is maintained on member profiles, including personal preferences.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead, sales records, and member activities using the CRM system (HubSpot).

  • Operations Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly sales and operations reports.

Customer Experience Improvement:

  • Member Relationships: Build strong and successful relationships with members to maximize retention.

  • Member Experience: Create a memorable and positive experience for all members.

  • Customer Service: Deliver comprehensive front-of-house services, consistently anticipating and exceeding member expectations.

  • Query Management: Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally, taking appropriate actions.

  • Event Support: Assist with member events and activities.

  • Experience Enhancement: Provide recommendations to enhance members' experiences.

Day-to-Day Operational Support:

  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, including logging maintenance requests and other service requests from members.

  • Team Management: Oversee cleaning and maintenance teams, managing both planned and reactive activities.

  • Move-In/Out Preparations: Complete administrative preparations for member move-ins and move-outs.

  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously seek to maximize the efficiency of operations.

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct daily Health & Safety compliance activities.

  • Emergency Response: Perform emergency night or out-of-hours security tasks as required.

  • Stock Inventory: Complete monthly stock inventory checks.
