Cobalt are currently working alongside a highly successful Real Estate Agency who are currently seeking a Client Account Manager to manage a team of up to 15 people, with a background working within Lettings Accounts.

Main Duties:

• Oversee the client Accounts department

• You will be responsible for 121's, recruitment, managing staff absences and any Performance Improvement Plans or disciplinaries

• Excellent written communication with the ability to investigate queries or complaints and take the appropriate action

• Experience in financial analysis and data interpretation

• Competent knowledge of Excel extending to VLOOKUP functions and Pivot Tables

• Ability to perform bank and data reconciliations

• Manage audit controls to ensure deadlines are followed

Personal Specification:

• Previous experience Managing a large team

• Full understanding and working knowledge of Lettings Accounting

• Previous experience working with Property Management Systems

• You will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to details and have a methodical approach

• Be pro-active and enthusiastic in your approach to work

• Highly proficient across MS Office Suite, inclusive of Excel
