Maintenance Technician

Cobalt is proud to be partnering with a leading commercial office provider, in seeking a Maintenance Operative for an office portfolio in London. Our client are a long-standing leader in the office sector, who have undergone major growth over the years. This role will see you assisting with the maintenance, decorating, plumbing, and painting across a number of sites in London.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting inspections of the common areas and external parts of the buildings to ensure they are well-maintained and free of any defects;

• Working and liaising with residents to repair and/or diagnose any issues;

• Ensuring all safety and maintenance documentation and records are kept up to date.

• Attend meetings relating to defects to highlight concerns that need to be followed up on.

• Overseeing and managing the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) using the H&S software.

Our client is seeking a proactive professional who will oversee the daily maintenance of their stunning development. You will have plumbing and electrical experience, whilst displaying good communication skills to maintain the high standards of service to contribute to the effective customer service seen across the company.
