Our client is an independent, market leading property consultancy. Headquartered in London with offices nationwide. They specialise in planning and development, property management, specialist valuations and transactions across the United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well organised, energetic and driven individual in the role of Marketing Assistant supporting a progressive and growing Marketing & BD team.
The role will be involved in all aspects of marketing and requires a skilled, confident, and dedicated all-rounder with the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. You'll have outstanding attention to detail, strong initiative, and a background in planning and setting tasks into motion to help facilitate the team's success.

This role presents a great opportunity to join a varied, fast-paced department at an exciting time for the business, and to further develop your marketing career. The successful candidate will report into the Marketing & BD Manager and support across the Marketing, Design and Bids team.

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing content

• Organisation of production programme

• Managing event logistics

• Provide administrative support in executing the marketing and BD strategy

• Provide generalist support to marketing & BD department including monitoring central inboxes, processing invoices and firm wide subscriptions

• Support the day to-day upkeep of the company intranet liaising with wider Central Management Team including HR, Finance, IT and Compliance

• Work with the marketing & BD team to manage brand, key marketing initiatives and projects
