Due to the current portfolio doubling in size in the past year and looking to double again, they are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team!
This is a great opportunity for a Marketing Assistant or Executive to join a fun dynamic team with a passion for Real Estate!
Key Responsibilities
Create and deliver email schedule against the plan, reporting performance and recommendations for future emails.
Produce processes and templates to support the efficient delivery of the communication plan in partnership with the Brand Marketing team.
Budgets: Support the Customer Communications Manager to develop and manage the annual Relationship Marketing budget
Liaise with cross department stakeholders to develop content and schedules for inclusion in the annual commercial plan.
Collate existing content and resources from internal stakeholders to use in the forum
