My client are a Residential property management company based in East London. They are recruiting for a marketing coordinator to work closely with the marketing team to support with internal team requirements and for developments on site.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for the next step in there career you will be reporting to the chief marketing manager. The right individual will be motivated, confident working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for property.
Key responsibilities;
Carry out regular site visits
Liaise with the team lead and design agencies to coordinate launch events and press events.
Deliver business presentations for external and internal use.
Oversee raising of purchase orders, new supplier forms and cheque payment requests
Coordinate the transport of brochures and sales materials to overseas exhibitions
Key skills;
outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker, problem solver and innovator with great attention to detail
Able to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Confident using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Experience of working in an international company
