Our client is a developer of large-scale residential projects in Manchester. They are currently working on a huge regeneration scheme so a great time to join the team as a Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities
Collate data and prepare marketing statistics
Meet marketing objectives by contributing marking and sales information.
Create a photo library and manage photo shoots for press release and case studies.
Produce all marketing material
Manage the website, advertising and social media presence
Co-ordinate the delivery of marketing events
Liaise with external agencies.
Background
Proven background in marketing ideally in New Homes real estate.
Able to analyse and create plans and reports.
Experienced in working with agencies and producing marketing material and signage.
Strong collaborator and team player
Managed and created marketing statistic and data.
