Our client is an international property developer looking for a MEP Manager with extensive experience on residential projects with principal contractors, to manage an iconic steel-frame £400M mixed-use, dual residential tower project in London.
As MEP Manager, you will manage the MEP sub-contractors on a day to basis, managing incoming gas, electric and water installs as well as running weekly progress meetings with the client, and feeding back to the management team.
With the project now drawing to completion, you will be responsible for the successful delivery to the required standard and programme.
Requirements:
·Extensive knowledge of Viewpoint Field View software.
·Managing onsite QA paperwork working with the Management team and document control to carry out any relevant Quality Audits across the business.
·Clear and concise communicator.
·Exceptional organisation skills and time management.
·Be the first point of call for technical advice on site.
