Mobile Facilities Manager - 73091

Cobalt is working alongside a property company that has been disrupting the Real Estate industry over the last couple of years, as they look to hire a new Facilities Manager due to growth in their contracts with clients. You'll form part of an established FM team, taking ownership of a mixed-use portfolio of 22 cinemas and commercial offices for two long-standing clients, taking full flexibility over your diary and location whilst retaining the support of an established market-leading property management business. This is a home-based role, with properties located across SE England (Essex, Herts, Suffolk)

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Being based at home, but undertaking regular inspections of properties within your portfolio - at times of your choosing;

• Ensuring the properties remain fully compliant with UK H&S legislation;

• Ensuring all works undertaken by suppliers are carried out according to SLA's and KPI's;

• Assisting with the procurement/re-tendering process where necessary;

• Overseeing a comprehensive maintenance programme for building plant and fabric, including planned and reactive works, as well as minor CAPEX works where needed;

• Building strong professional relationships with key stakeholders including contractors and crucially, your clients;

• Assisting with developing a proactive FM strategy for the contract as it grows going forward.

This is a mobile role and as such requires access to a vehicle and a full UK drivers licence. It is essential that you have prior experience as a Facilities Manager in a multi-site role - ideally working on an IFM account with third part clients, whilst an IOSH qualification is mandatory.
