Office support


My client are a global commercial real estate company who are looking to recruit an office support administrator. This role will allow you to work as a team player within the Office Support department providing valuable back-up to support the smooth running of the business.

This position will require you to; organise post and deliveries coming into the office, order new office stationary and supplies, ensure that the office space meets all health and safety regulations, arrange couriers, Liaise with clients and other team members, ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times, handle stock levels and carry out general administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities;

  • support the evolving cultural environment of the business; identifying and demonstrating the behaviours and actions that encourage the company's value set

  • Communicate both written and verbally with clients
