Operations Reporting Manager

£75,000-£85,000 + bonus

London based - hybrid

We partner with a global real estate investment firm in their search for an Operations Reporting Manager to join their Operations Reporting team in London. Our client has over $20bn in AUM globally and they own, operate, and invest in real estate on their own and through their investment management platform. They offer excellent benefits and a lucrative bonus.

The Operations Reporting Manager will join a growing team and work alongside various stakeholders to oversee the process management for delivering internal management information and analysis, and third-party investor reporting.


  • Working closely with the Head of the team and the Head of Finance on the reporting and management information across Europe

  • Periodic management information on the portfolio allocated assisting with investor relations, strategic decision making and public company reporting requirements

  • Delivery of quarterly management reporting to third-party investors or lenders

  • Fund reporting, modelling and analysis working alongside with internal treasury team

  • Assisting with Internal Investor Relations

  • Overseeing the quarterly valuation process and providing portfolio analysis to management

  • Managing annual Business Planning process and presentation to Senior management

  • Assisting with the Group Reporting

  • Participating in US GAAP and IFRS reporting and performance measurement

  • Ad hoc projects related to process and system improvements

Key Requirements

  • Experience working in real estate funds and/ or asset management firms in a similar role in portfolio management or operational reporting

  • Degree in Finance, Economics or Real Estate

  • Strong analytic skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong excel skills
