Central London, 3 days per week

£21K - £22K per annum

Are you an experienced and professional Administrator, with excellent numerical skills and a keen eye for detail? This part-time Administrator position would be the perfect next step for you.

I am working alongside a very well-established building consultancy in the heart of Central London. They are looking for a seasoned Administrator to join their close-knit team, to assist with various administration tasks.

Key responsibilities;

  • Typing, audio, photocopying, scanning, filing, and preparing documents

  • Binding and labelling required documents ahead of projects

  • Electronic and paper filing of relevant correspondence, ensuring that this is always kept up to date

  • Ordering office supplies and couriers, as needed

  • Managing the office and meeting room diaries

  • Ensuring that all areas of the office remain tidy and organised

  • Assist with and organise all incoming and outgoing post

  • Provide general support to the team, as required

  • Managing the switchboard; Taking and relaying any messages, and directing calls

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, preparing refreshments if required

  • Assist with fee accounts and invoicing, if required

Key skills;

  • Previous Administration working experience

  • Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with good use of grammar and spelling

  • Ideally have a minimum 45 WPM typing speed

  • Professional and friendly manner both in person and over the phone

  • Self-sufficient in terms of dealing with issues

  • Efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, and Excel
