Planner/Senior Planner


Salary dependent on experience

We are working with our client as they strengthen their London planning team with the addition of a Planner/Senior Planner

You will support an experienced team in London handling a varied workload that includes residential and commercial projects across the UK for house builders, residential developers, major retailers, private individuals and working with local authorities. Dependent upon your experience you will be tasked with:

  • Assisting in the preparation, submission, and monitoring of planning applications,

  • Undertaking site appraisals,

  • Delivering accurate and timely planning advice,

  • The promotion of sites spanning the SE and beyond,

  • Involvement with public consultations,

  • Supporting appeals.

Joining an experienced team, you will receive plenty of support for your development as a Planner and will be encouraged to increase your responsibility when it comes to handling projects. Whilst ideally you will have demonstrable experience of planning within either the private or public sectors any previous consultancy experience will be hugely beneficial. Strong communication skills are required as is either chartered membership with the RTPI or demonstrable progress with the APC.
