Planner to Senior Planner

Are you currently on the search for a new and exciting opportunity to advance your career? I am working closely with a well-known & established property consultancy firm based in Oxford who are actively recruiting for a Town Planner to join their business on a permanent basis.

You will be working alongside a highly motivated & supportive team on a variety of exciting projects across residential, commercial & energy developments. The business has seen high levels of growth over the past 18 months and are looking to continue growing the team.

Responsibilities will include…

• Working on a range of small to large scale projects; with an expectation to lead on progressing planning applications through the development process & Local Plan representations.

• Working with a varied client base including commercial & residential clients

• Communicating efficiently with clients and stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of needs & be able to deliver accordingly

• Liaising with stakeholders and LPAs

​

You will ideally…

• Have at least 12 months of planning experience; ideally within consultancy (although local authority experience will be considered)

• Be professionally qualified with RTPI membership (or working towards)

• Be a proficient user in Microsoft Office & other relevant systems

• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills

​

Please note this role will be based in Oxford with an expectation of employees to work in the office 3 days a week.
