The Role

· To support the sales team on RFP responses, detailed solution/product demonstrations.

· Liaising with the development team to gain in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers - and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like

· Be responsible for delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients

· Conducting research into the industry - including competitor research

· Helping the sales team to reach targets, including encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades, etc.

The Requirements

· Candidates must have a proven track record in a presales position OR background in consulting / implementations

· Experience within the Real Estate experience is desirable

· Must have an in-depth knowledge of Financial Accounting

· Ability to work in a pressurised environment

· Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a client-facing role
