Title: Block Property Manager

Salary: Up to £40,000

Location: Westminster

Looking for a new position within block management and motivated by customer service and the opportunity to deal with high-end properties?

We have been instructed by one of Prime Central London's leading managing agents to help them grow their team. They are looking for an experienced property manager to look after a portfolio of prime residential buildings, whilst being able provide a top-class service to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Confidently liaising with demanding leaseholders and being the main point of contact for any enquiries

  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets for all properties

  • Serving Section 20 notices and overseeing major works projects

  • Managing contractors for the maintenance of the buildings and communal areas

  • Site visits to ensure good building condition

  • Maintaining health and safety regulations/compliance

Requirements for role:

  • Notable experience managing a leasehold portfolio of your own

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Competent using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)

  • Organised, detail orientated and thorough when completing tasks
