We are seeking to appoint a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant for our Interim Finance and Accounting desk, to work within a 360° role with an established client list.
This desk is one of the top 3 performing desks over the last 2 years within the business and focuses on placing interim and contract individuals that specialise in Qualified and Part Qualified Finance and Accounting roles across an both an established and growing client base.
The Finance team has been established over 15 years and was the highest performing team within the business last year, and you will be working in a stable team with a proven track record of high performance.
A true Consultant is one who can consistently undertake all the following responsibilities:
Business Development, NFI & Business Plan Ownership
Understand a specialist market thoroughly and generate personal NFI from candidate and client management in a 360-degree role. Have a full understanding of the scope and range of services offered by the broader team and business and be able to cross-sell effectively. Understand and contribute to the team's business plan. Be aware of the full competitor, client and candidate landscape.
Act as an account manager for clients, ensuring that all Cobalt locations, teams and disciplines are involved in order to maximise revenue whilst providing a first-class service.
Terms of Business
Agree and establish commercially viable terms of business with new clients and understand and take ownership of interim processes.
