Private Equity Financial Accountant

Cobalt have an immediate requirement for a Financial Accountant to join a market leading private equity service provider to assist with the year end accounts for some of their key clients. This organisation have gone through considerable growth winning a variety of new business, therefore giving this individual exposure to some of the biggest names within private equity.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Preparation of year end accounts and quarterly investor reports

• Production of financial statements including IFRS & UK GAAP

• Cash flow statements, cash flow forecasts and cash monitoring

• Audit engagement management and liaison for the timely and effective completion of providing audit information and ensuring sign off

• Support the implementation of strategic changes and updates

Key requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent

• Ability to prepare financial and management accounts from start to finish

• Experience working within private equity or investment management
