A leading high-end residential design and real estate business based in London's West-End is looking grow their team of delivery Project Managers from mid to Director level in the design and build of prestigious property throughout London. Redeveloping their own portfolio, acquiring and developing some of London's most prestigious residential real estate and delivering schemes for HNWI's this is an excellent opportunity to move into a quasi; design & build/client-side business and progress your career in the high-end residential market.

Remuneration:

£40,000 - £110,000 + Benefits + Discretionary bonus

Job Role;

With significant growth plans, our client requires Project Managers that can hit the ground running in coordinating the design and build of various development projects. This includes managing turnkey projects from brief and planning applications, through to construction and practical completion.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; assisting with the production of viability studies and ensuring budgets are adhered to; preparing and implementing a master programme, managing and forming a professional consultancy team, attending project meetings and managing the delivery of comprehensive tender packages. Administration duties such as collaboration with the QS and final accounts, as well as Change Request Forms, Architects Instruction records and Practical Completion will be required.

This role will manage the delivery of projects from £600,000 to £20 million construction cost autonomously across Knightsbridge and Belgravia.

Requirements:

• Construction related degree or industry equivalent

• Ability to work within a team and independently to a professional standard

• Experience within High-end Residential sector and knowledge of building control preferred

• Proven experience in developing relationships with clients and subcontractors

• Excellent communication, organisation and management skills

• Ideally based in or near London
