Property Asset Manager (APC Support)

Are you a recently chartered or current APC candidate in Commercial Property Management?

I am working with a top-tier UK advisory business who have also been acquired as an in-house management team for a global investor and are seeking a Property Asset Manager to join their team in London, managing predominantly London office assets.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of London offices, some retail and industrial assets - overseeing all rent collection and service charges.

• Carrying out value-add work such as leasing, re-gears, and initiating and overseeing refurbishments, and maximising value where appropriate or requested by clients.

• Overseeing all financials and budgets, ensuring all fees and insurance is upheld and processed efficiently.

• Build and maintain relationships with any stakeholders and ability to be proactive in business development where needed.

What you need to have?

• A relevant degree in Real Estate.

• Hands-on property management experience with commercial assets.

• An understanding of current ESG initiatives, landlord and tenant, and leasing restrictions.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.
