Property Asset Manager - Associate/Senior Surveyor

An exceptional private practice is seeking a candidate to join their Property Asset Management team, with flexibility on level. The role involves managing best in class office assets in Central London and the South East - with additional coverage for retail and industrial.

The client list comprises boutique Fund Managers, Property Companies, and Family Offices.

The key duties:

• Provide detailed Management across a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring client value is maximised as part of their wider fund strategy

• Building excellent relationships with tenants

• Partner and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Facilities Management

• Ensure service charge budgets are realistically set and adhered to, managed and reported accordingly.

• There will be an element of identification and execution of asset management opportunities to drive value via lease re-structuring, refurbishment or development
