Property Management Surveyor

A property asset management consultancy is seeking a Property Manager at Senior Surveyor or Associate level to join their team based in London.

You will be overseeing several key clients and reporting into one of the Property Management Partners.

Key responsibilities/requirements will be:

• Overseeing own portfolio of properties

• Day-to-day property management duties

• Identifying and implementing strategic plans

• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Experience managing commercial property is essential

Salary: £50-60,000 + discretionary bonus, pension and private health care.
