Property Manager

A leading independent property asset management consultancy is seeking to appoint a dynamic Property Manager to join the Yorkshire based team. The successful candidate will be a key client lead on a number of key management mandates with responsibility for all service charge matters, health and safety and overseeing facilities and contractor management.

The successful candidate, ideally MRICS qualified, will have excellent all-round property experience gained in the commercial real estate sector. Excellent IT skills are essential as well as enhanced customer service and communication skills.
