Property Manager

A global Real Estate Investment Manager is seeking a professional Commercial Property Manager to join their in-house team at a senior level (equivalent to Associate Director), based in London.

This opportunity will be responsible for the oversight and management of their UK portfolio (predominately office assets).

Working closely with the Asset Management team you will lead all aspects of property and development work, including undertaking additions and enhancing initiatives for existing assets and overseeing the portfolio managed by external managing agents.

Key Property Management requirements include:

• Member of RICS is preferred but not mandatory.

• Extensive commercial property management experience.

• Knowledge of Property Management Software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Office based in West London (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

Salary from £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.
