An exciting client-side Property Manager role with a dynamic and entrepreneurial Property Company. Due to its boutique size, this opportunity will offer a candidate hugely valuable exposure, training, and ultimately autonomy as they move to a Landlord and manage a portfolio of high-spec industrial sites located within Greater London.
Key day-to-day responsibilities include:
Undertaking site visits and managing contractors to ensure high standards are met.
Interact and partner closely with tenants and ensure they are compliant with lease covenants, and that the highest possible service is being delivered across the portfolio
Arranging quotes, instructing works, and ensuring satisfactory completion of repairs and maintenance works.
Running service charge budgets, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenditure.
Key requirements:
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
It is advantageous to have an understanding of commercial service charge budget principles, leases and statutory regulations but is not mandatory.
Office Location: Mayfair
Salary will vary depending on experience and will also include a bonus and further benefits.
