Proposal Manager

12-month FTC

Hybrid work available

The Proposal Manager works for this leading real estate firm with sales, commercial, and platform teams and is involved in managing formal bid proposals and capability documents. The ideal candidate will have ideally have a background in real estate service lines.

Responsibilities

  • Be the manager of all presentation and proposals, describing the value of the solution and communicating at all levels.

  • Create a proposal responsibility matrix

  • Work with sales team and leadership to ensure required approvals at various stages are met

  • Write, edit, format, and proof all proposal and presentation deliverables.

  • Support Senior Proposal Managers on the larger bids.

  • Support new content development efforts and strategic firm initiatives as needed.

  • Support upkeep of content library including improvements to searchability.

Background

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred

  • Proven background in proposal management environment

  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate, coordinate, and respond to global and regional RFIs and RFPs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to interface with people at all levels of the organisation

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; InDesign and desktop publishing skills are a plus

  • Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce would be ideal.

  • £45K + car allowance
