An exciting opportunity with a highly reputable Cost & Project Management Construction Consultancy is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office. This Quantity Surveying opportunity allows you to work within on projects across various sectors ranging in size and complexity. Our client has an extremely strong property portfolio, working with Blue Chip clients within the UK and delivering high profile schemes. Sectors include Commercial, Residential, Education, Leisure, and more. The ideal candidate would need to demonstrate the following:

Key requirements:

• Experience in leading a team under them on large schemes across relevant sectors.

• Extensive knowledge within Construction phases from concept to completion.

• NEC & JCT contract management experience

• Hands-on and positive approach to working.

• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyors and Associate Directors and work well both in and team and independently.

You will be responsible for managing 2-3 projects at any one time which vary from £5m- £100m, taking a lead in overseeing Assistant, ensuring high standards are kept throughout the entirety of the project. The ideal candidate will be well equipped working within a fast-paced environment.
