£55,000 - £65,000 + BONUS + benefits package

Our client, a family run Derbyshire based investment developer specialising in retail and leisure, has ambitious growth plans to grow their investment portfolio from £50m to £100m through active developments.

To successfully achieve their plans for 2022, they are now looking to hire an experienced and commercially savvy Construction Manager / Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for overseeing the timely execution and completion of both the pre-construction and construction phases of the projects within the portfolio.

A very profitable business with a strong balance sheet and significant funds available for further expansion - the successful Construction Manager / Quantity Surveyor will report directly to the Managing Director of the group and will be recognised as a critical member of the team.

You will join a professional and friendly team of support staff based at their Bakewell, Derbyshire office.

This is an incredible opportunity for Quantity Surveyor / Construction Manager with a proven construction management background to take the leap to client side.

Desirable:

• Be a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent

• 3 years + post qualified
