We are representing one of the fastest growing global real estate advisors with an enviable reputation for their exceptional National Rating team. As they continue to win new clients and instructions across the Midlands they are looking to appoint an additional team member to join the friendly team, at Senior Surveyor level.

Rating is a complex, specialist area and requires in depth market knowledge of current legislation, and excellent reporting and appraisal skills. Ideally applicants will be MRICS qualified, with have previous Rating experience and are looking to progress their career in this specialised field.

You will be working closely with the National team to offer a professional service to clients across all asset classes. Candidates who have previous public sector or VOA experience will also be considered, please get in touch for further information.
