An established investment house is currently looking for a Real Estate Associate to join their team based in Central London.
They are looking for a numerical real estate professional to support the Director on a range of responsibilities. These include portfolio/asset management, investment/transaction management and disposals.
Their current portfolio is spread across many geographies, consisting of residential and commercial assets. They are looking to expand the portfolio and have capital ready to deploy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well capitalised investment house and gain experience across the whole portfolio life-cycle.
Real Estate Associate Requirements:
Degree qualified.
MRICS or IMC.
Excellent numerical skills and ability to use excel.
Experience across real estate portfolio/asset management and/or investment and transactions.
Salary will range from £60,000 - £80,000, plus a generous benefits package and bonus potential.
Office based in Central London.
