Real Estate Consultancy (Senior Surveyor - Asso Director Level)

A top global professional services consultancy is seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join their Real Estate Consulting team at Senior Surveyor to Associate Director level, based in Central London.

You will work across a number of public and private sector assignments across the UK and Globally. You will be responsible for:

• Advising prestigious clients in developing business cases and delivery strategies on major capital investment programmes.

• Advising public sector clients on policy changes and supporting them through the implementation.

• Undertake business reviews and cost reduction programmes.

• Undertake detailed financial and commercial analysis to solve complex issues.

• Prepare reports and presentation to support client conversations and key decision making.

• Engage with various stakeholders, up to Director and Board level.

Key Real Estate Consultancy Requirements:

• Member of RICS is essential.

• Experience advising public and/or private sector clients within the real estate market.

• Ability to maintain and build strong client relationships.

• Ability to travel when required.

Salary is £45,000 - £65,000 based on experience, plus excellent benefits package and bonus potential.

Office is based in Central London.
