Regional Facilities Manager

Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's best-established and well-regarded property development businesses as they seek to hire a Regional FM for the South West of England.

Our client has a development pipeline of over £1bn of new real estate assets, and as part of this growth is seeking to hire a new Facilities Manager for a portfolio of 13 residential BTR properties within 6 locations across the South West and South Coast. Working client-side, you'll find yourself free of red-tape and given flexibility in managing these build-to-rent blocks to a high standard and find yourself working within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Conducting regular site inspections and visits across your portfolio;

• Assisting with the mobilisation of new developments across your portfolio;

• Working closely alongside the health and safety team to ensure full compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation is achieved;

• Overseeing the effective planned and reactive maintenance programme for the properties, as well as any minor project works as arise from time to time;

• Managing the work of contractors for hard and soft services in line with SLA's and KPI agreements.

Our client is looking for an individual with a base of experience in managing multiple properties, and whilst residential experience is desirable, it is not essential. An IOSH is essential, as is a UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
