Cobalt have been exclusively instructed on a Client-Side Regional Facilities Manager position, initially on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, with a view to be extended.
This is a chance to get your foot in the door and showcase your experience working with a Real Estate specialist who are known for their pro-active management style of assets across Europe.
In this fully autonomous position where you will be working remotely you will manage 7 buildings in the M25 area and hit the ground running with contractor management on both reactive and ppm maintenance, as well as setting service charge budgets across the portfolio.
Responsibilities for the role;
Service charge budgeting and reconciliation.
Tracking expenditure against forecasted budget and flagging overspend.
Management of both soft and hard FM contractors (On-site and external).
Working closely with the building team on refurb/fitout projects.
Procurement of expenditure projects up to £50,000.
Contract procurement and tender of all contracts.
Requirements for the role;
Being a hands-on RFM to ensure that your portfolio is being managed compliantly.
Experience of managing multiple multi-tenanted buildings.
Service Charge Budget experience.
Familiarity of the RICS Service Charge Code.
Experience in procurement of contracts/tenders.
