Regional Facilities Manager - 74010

Cobalt is working with a growing property business with that has made waves in the industry for their values-driven, people-focused approach to property management. Our client is looking for an established Facilities Manager to drive forward the service delivery within a portfolio of 15 mixed-use properties throughout the West Midlands, within a home-based role that offers full flexibility over your diary.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the hard and soft service provision throughout the portfolio;

• Conducting regular site inspections;

• Managing the work of outsourced suppliers in-line with service level agreements and KPI's, including assisting with wider procurement initiatives;

• Setting and managing service charge budgets for the portfolio;

• Ensuring a comprehensive maintenance programme is in place to cover planned and reactive works to both building plant and fabric;

• Ensuring health & safety compliance throughout the portfolio, maintaining the ISO 45001 objectives;

• Building lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders - especially tenant representatives.

As a mobile role across the West Midlands, it is essential that you possess a full UK drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle. Our client is looking for someone with an established record in managing a multi-site portfolio of properties, ideally for a managing agent or property owner/developer, whilst an IOSH qualification is seen as essential.
