Residential Liaison Manager (16 month Fixed Term Contract)

Based Manchester City centre

Up to £40,000 plus car allowance and benefits

This position is crucial to the on-going success of a major external facade replacement scheme on a prominent residential site in the city centre. The appointed Residential Liaison Manager will be the main interface between the contractor and affected tenants. Your role will be to ensure that the contractor adheres to access protocols as defined in the project agreement, ensuring that the tenants have a positive experience of the work which will take place in their homes and communal areas.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Day to day contact with the contractor regarding the access required into the customer's homes and communal areas to ensure timely project delivery against the defined timescales

• Be the primary interface for the tenants and client for the duration of the works

• Attend project meetings with the main contractor and contract administrator

• Ensure that the Access Protocol document is strictly adhered to

About you:

You must be able to demonstrate a record of supervising / managing large remedial works post completion, ideally with residential assets. With strong customer facing experience, you will have the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience when discussing works that are to be undertaken in the tenants homes and must have a track recording of forging strong working relationships with customers and contractors alike.
