Title: Mobilisation Coordinator
Location: Manchester, Hybrid
Salary: Up to £38,000
The company is a market leading property firm, and they are seeking a talented Mobilisation Coordinator to help oversee the onboarding and offloading of properties within their portfolio. This is a pivotal role that involves working closely with various teams to ensure a smooth transition for all properties entering or leaving the portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
Collaborating with various teams to ensure that all property onboarding and offloading processes are timely and efficient.
Working closely with clients to ensure a smooth transition during the property mobilisation process.
Coordinating with various internal departments to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the property mobilisation process.
What they're looking for:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experienced with the mobilisation process
Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required.
