Sales Co-ordinator

Cobalt is assisting in the search for a Sales Co-ordinator for a leading urban regeneration and redevelopment property company to provide support and assistance to the Residential Sales Team and Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping a high level of administrative housekeeping ensuring the filing system is accurate and up to date

  • Responsibility for the CRM and Power BI ensuring all information is kept update and accurate in line with GDPR and data protection requirements. Making sure personal data deleted when necessary, by the Residential and sales team and marketing director.

  • Assisting the Sales Director in residential procedures

  • Contact necessary third parties including legal representative to ensure all information is up to date and accurate

  • Liaise between the residential sales team north and south to ensure a unified approach is followed in line with department objectives

Key Skills

  • Must have good working knowledge of New House Quality Code, Consumer Code for Homes Builders and new legislation ensuring sales teams are fully compliant

  • IT Skills - confident in operating Microsoft and CRM systems

  • Strong and oriented approach to administrative tasks with a good eye for detail

  • Experience working within a CRM system, able to upload data and record information correctly

  • Ability to provide ad-hoc reports for Sales Directors, Development and Senior Management

  • Good organisational skills and planning
