Cobalt are working in partnership with a leading property services groups who have a strong reputation in the London property sector. Established over 50 years ago, they remain an independent firm, committed to providing their employees and customers with the highest level of respect and integrity.

With a team over 25 surveyors in London and surrounding areas, they carry out a wide range of valuations, including panel work, homebuyers, building surveys, expert witness reports and so on.

During the first coronavirus, whilst many firms were making redundancies and pay cuts, they did not cut wages, they kept all of their staff on full wages and did its best to bring reassurance with consistent updates.

Requirements

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS

• Registered valuer

• Experience with mortgage valuations and homebuyers

• Detail orientated
