1 year FTC, with the potential to turn permanent

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Cobalt is currently supporting a Global Real Estate company in London in their search for a Senior Accountant to join their team on a 1 year FTC.

This business is looking to hire a Senior Accountant on an initial contract to lead the production of financial statements and preparation of consolidated management accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of statutory accounts

• Review of monthly and quarterly management accounts

• Preparation of consolidated management accounts

• Producing UK VAT & CIS returns

• Calculating management and performance fees

• Internal and external stakeholder management

• Liaising with internal and external auditors

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

• Organised individual

• Strong knowledge of IFRS

• Strong Excel skills
