This is a fixed term contract position which will be between 12-15 months. The company is a leading property developer based in central London. Due to COVID the role will be home working to start.

The Role:

  • Prepare various financial accounting and reporting tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

  • Prepare financial statements and reports to accurately reflect the company's financial results and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

  • Assit in the planning, preparation and analysis of management reporting information to support and inform management decisions with regards to financial planning, control and performance management processes.

  • Exercises independent judgement within defined practices and procedures, applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve problems of moderate complexity

  • Mentor and support the graduate accountant to support delivery of day to day activities

  • Liase with external accounting provider to maintain consistency across retained and outsourced finance processes


  • Qualified (ACCA or equivalent)

  • Experience in Finance and Accounting roles.

  • Experience in management reporting and applicable legislation's.

  • Sound commercial acumen and understanding of general and transactional accounting, cost accounting and reporting.

  • Property and infrastructure or investment management industry experience preferred

  • Must be able to start as soon as possible or on a 2 week notice
