Senior Block Manager

My client is looking to employ a Senior Block Manager to manage a team and high end portfolio located in Bath. This is an industry leading client, offering amazing career progression and a number of company benefits including the opportunity for some home working.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and forward thinking, with previous experience of managing a mixed use portfolio as well as executing section 20's and the management and setting of service charge budgets. You will also manage a small team of Block Managers and on site staff assisting with any issues that they have and ensuring that clients receive a first class service.

Skills required:

• Able to work in a demanding and busy environment

• Strong team management experience

• Good customer service skills

• Strong knowledge of Section 20's

• Previously managed a mixed use portfolio

Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

The Salary provided is up to £38,000 dependent on experience
